Thing looks awesome all right. It's a wonder this thing's ability isn't Truant (or Traunt, I forget).
Though I wish there was a little more explaination for its type, besides, "hmm, this thing needs some sort of original type combination..."

Hes still a rude pokemon XD sonic blasts when he belches, his tongue carries enough of a charge to paralize an elephant

An interesting combo it is, but it needs more justification... There really is no reason this thing should be electric judging by its appearance and dex entry.
