There were a few outfits I coudn't do because I couldn't find full refrences for them. If you find one, please send me a link. Also, Kaito's speedo isn't in the picture, but it's included.
To use these, click on the download link above and then "download now", "slow download", wait for 20 seconds, then "download file now". Save this somewhere on the computer. Go to control panel- Mouse- Pointer- set the scheme to "none"- click on a cursor- browse...- and choose the cursor you want to use.
I don't own Sega, Project Diva, Vocaloid, Crypton, etc...

Hold the mouse over your name at the top of the screen beside the search bar, but don't click on anything. Then when the list comes up under your name click on settings and somewhere on that page there's a box to type a signature.

I didnt add that you have to unzip the file after you download it. If that's not the problem, could you be a little more specific?
