A girl woke up next to the road, surrounded by forest. She looked around and spotted a purple backpack next to her. She picked it up and read the embroidered name on the front.
"Aphmau," she read aloud. "Hm, I guess that's my name." She tried to recall why she was there, but nothing came. She shrugged and lifted herself from the ground along with the backpack. She smiled and decided to follow the road to some kind of civilization. As she was walking, she spotted a man vandalizing a sign with spray paint.
"Hey! You!" she called out. The man did not respond but only turned to look at her.
"Do you know where we are?" Aphmau continued. The man stared at her then started running away!
"Hey! Wait!" Aphmau started chasing him while calling for him to stop.
He led her to the opening of a small town. Near the entrance stood two police officers. As the mysterious man past them, one of the cops spotted the spray can in his hand and started chasing him. Aphmau stopped by the other cop and watched the cop chase the man. The second cop took notice of her and turned to her.
"Hey! You must be new here!"

Mcd... I'm still kind of in shock of it's cancellation... I've fallen in love with this series since I discovered it. I'm not mad... just disappointed. I understand why the team made this decision but it doesn't make it any less painful. Am I overreacting? Probably, but it really doesn't change anything. I guess this picture is like a farewell to the series. It's kind of funny, I was in the process of making this picture when I learned of the show's cancellation, weird coincidence... huh?
Well I'm still going to finish MMCD requests, and if you have any scenes you want redrawn in a modern setting, then ask ^v^
I going to hide under my desk now and sketch away my feelings... or finish that Shadow Knights drawing...
