Six was the funnest to do. XDEDIT: Does anyone know how I can adjust the "quality" of the picture in GIMP ( like the resolution?), it always looks...funny once I submit it, a lot different than in looks when it is in GIMP. If anyone knows, please let me know, thanks! ^^

Regenerated Doctor Whooves: We're just about ready to do it.
Celestia : Ready to do what?
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: We're going to freeze Equestria.
Celestia: I'm sorry, what?
Doctor Whooves: Using our Tardises we're going to amplify out natural sources of magic and freeze Equestria in a single moment in time.
Forgotten Doctor Whooves [on monitor]: You know, like those stasis cubes? A single moment in time, held in a parallel pocket dimension.
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: Except we're going to do it to a whole kingdom.
Doctor Whooves: And all the ponies in it.
Celestia: What? Even if that were possible. Which it isn't, why would you do such a thing?
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: Because the alternative is burning.
Doctor Whooves: And I've seen that.
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: And I never want to see it again.
Celestia: We'd be lost in another dimension, frozen in a single moment. We'd have nothing.
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: You would have hope. And right now, that is exactly what you don't have.
Celestia: It's delusional. The calculations alone would take hundreds of years.
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: Oh, hundreds and hundreds.
Doctor Whooves: But don't worry, I started a very long time ago.
Past Doctor Whooves 1: Calling the War Council of Equestria. This is the Doctor.
Regenerated Doctor Whooves: You might say I've been doing this all my lives.

How did you figure out what to species to make them?

Based it on their personalities and abilities in the show.
First doctor is old, but despite his appearance of not being so special, is hiding a fantastic mind and a body that is much more lively than his age gives off.
2nd doctor is the first regeneration, and he is down-to-earth, but jumpy at the same time. He thinks on his feet like an earth pony has too.
3rd doctor is a bit of a showman, a scientist, and a high-level thinker, and sometimes a tad bit snooty. This seemed to fit unicorns the best.
Fourth Doctor has a quick mind and humor, and the large scarf would probably make it impractical to have wings.
5th doctor is the kindest, meekest, and most stable of them, and he reminded me a bit of fluttershy, since he is the least aggressive, so I made him a pegasus, like an "angelic" person.
6th doctor is the exact opposite. Highly unstable when he first appears, VERY showy, VERY arragont, and is that way until he starts to mellow out a bit, highly passionate and quick-witted, I had him pegged as a unicorn from the start.
7th is a pegasus pony, because he is the most mysterious doctor, always has a plan and some plot in his mind, and you wouldn't know it by looking at him-he kinda sees himself as above people, but not in an arrogant way.
8th is an earth pony because he's a bit fancy, smart, but relates well with people and isn't as eccentric as some of his predecessors.
9 is an earth pony because, honestly, wings and horns just didn't seem to suit him.
10 I had as either a pegasus or an earth pony, but kept him an earth pony because of the tradition of having 10 be the Doctor Whooves in the show.
11 is a pegasus because of his flighty, goofy, fun-loving nature, he's always flitting about and can't sit still for too long.
