how did you make the lums light, the rain, that water transparency and those lums transparent wings?
i'd like to know how to do it in photoshop.

You know how layers work, right? if you make a new layer, it's always transparent, so you can paint on that. There's also a main transparency level that you can adjust, ranging from 0 to 100%.
