--details--If you like the render, do watch the videos i made:
the girl: [link]
the bike: [link]
modeling shots from zbrush here:

a close up with only the plasma rifle:

...some details....
Bike was inspired by a drawing/illustration (the guy that made it has some really impressive stuff) you can find here on D.A.

but the character, was created after I finished with the design and modeling of the exo-skeleton.
I made it up as I went to the texturing stage of the initial models.
Long story short, modeled in Max, detailed and textured in Zbrush, Rendered in V-ray 2.0 for about 4h, editing in Photoshop

Reminds me for some reason of the Secret Armory of General Knox DLC from Borderlands.

Well, at least to me it looks like the bike is standing still. Wouldn't at least the wheels be blurred if she was moving?

well motion blur depends on the shutter speed of the camera.and the bike is somewhat still because of the boot that was used as a brake.
but anyway, with motion blur some details would have been lost. and i mainly did the render to showcase the models, not the other way around.

If you have ever played StarCraft or know about the stories and characters, this very much reminds me of Sara and the Vulture units and Wraith units.

yep. i`m a loyal fan of the Starcraft Universe, but the main inspiration from my render came from an illustration. check the main description for the link on the bike concept.

oh i see! i hated rendering...the very basic stuff back in highschool and messed up a whole lot...back then it was a lot of calculations and equations that burned a whole in my mind...

Damn, nice scene. She may have the speed & agility to outmaneuver the tank & a couple of drones to shoot down the missiles, but it's still got a big nasty gun up front...

Its important that I caveat my commentary by saying I am seldom much impressed by rendered art- largely because so much 3D and rendered art we see on Deviant arts is cut out, paperdolled pieces thanks to Daz and Poser. They all, well, LOOK like what they are,m another piece of poser art - and once you've seen one, you've literally seen em all, mostly due to the limited models and so forth the programs or vendors provide.
So when I find something like this, where the poses are dynamic, the figures and elements are all of a piece to their environment and the hand of the artist is evident ( as opposed to the hand of the tools used) I get really excited!!
I find the contrast of colors, the blues and cool shades provide a really great contrast to the reds and metals of the bike and figure. ( I'm a fan of limited palettes)Really snazzy work here.
The only aspect that seems a bit jarring is the sparks form the bike - of all the elements they are the only ones that seem overlaid - I can't really put my finger on the why, just that the impression remains.
Of that being said, its at most a small quibble. The piece is very good indeed, and well done!

cool , now its clear i was wrong, Last time i just thought that there was a miss-composition with her butt and the left-leg on the pic before ... or maybe the angle confusing me. sorry about that. ^^

Absolutely amazing, I love the look and overall feel.
I just think her leg looks a bit strange, maybe if you bring her knees closer to the bike it would look more natural. Also because it's a bit hard to tell if the bike is in motion or standing still due to lack of motion blur.
Beyond that this is well done.

thank you for the fav and the critique. You`re right, the leg is not so oki, mainly because the exo suit restricts some movement, but besuides that something looks odd. i`ll try and fix it a bit with god`s tool "liquify" thanks again!

Wicked looking bike. I like how you made it appear used and not right off the showroom floor. Great design.
I have to agree with seiferzed the woman looks a little off. Still the outfit is a great concept.
If I may make just two suggestions....
1) Make the eye protection a dark color....maybe like a mirrored look. That would give her a meaner look I think
2. Adjust her grip on the gun....it looks like its just hanging off her finger tips.
Besides that I really like your work on this. Great job!

thanks for the sugesstions. I will make a new action type render in the next few days. with some much needed changes. Regarding the grip on the gun..it is hanging off her finger tips The gun is atached to the exo suit. but the angle isn`t so good to show that...
