I think it would be easier for English speakers to understand if you worded it like this:
I will try to explain a basic way to make cute chibis
1. First, you must draw the 'skeleton' Of your chibi. This pose will depend on what you want the end result to be. Start with a circle and add two lines to help with the form of his/her face. It is important to make sure that the body is well proportioned in comparison to the head. With a triangle, Mark his/ her hips. Mark where his/her joints will be with circles to make it less confusing.
2. It is helpful to mark where the chibi's cheek will be, as it will make it easier to to draw the face
3. Now it is time to outline our chibi
4. Add some details ( hair, eyes, wings, tails, ect)
5. More details ... (clothes and accessories)
NOTE: never add the clothes before you have a good definition of the chibi's body. doing this will make it much harder to make good proportions and folds.
6. Now, get rid of the skeleton and tidy up the details.
7. Color it!
