The wallpaper is MDC 31 by relhom www.deviantart.com/relhom with his permission. relhom did a wallpaper out of an original photo for this theme and I thank him for his time and effort. I call relhom Master Of The Water Drop and if you visit his gallery you'll know why. Of course, he does a lot of other stuff, like wallpapers and various artwork, just as well.
Elements on this theme are from the 2001 Litestep theme "Aquazone" by Gef, tweaked by me, and from the "Polymer" series of skins by dangeruss www.deviantart.com/dangeruss with his permission.
The wharf is included in the zip file, but it's mainly a template, since your apps and/or the paths to them differ from mine. You can edit bbinterface.rc or the wharf itself by right-clicking on it and add your own apps and paths. OR, you can ask me to do a custom Splash interface for you and I will gladly do it, free of charge.
