Thanks man. Yes, had to order my meds from a pharmacy three states away because insurance won't cover it. So I went just one day without it and felt like I was collapsing inward. Thankfully I'm back on track. Thanks again for the fave, comments, and the llama!

Depression is a pain in the ass, that's for sure.

I read you loud and clear. And actually deep and/or manic depression is quite similar. I suppose bipolar is just a word for a wide range of mental illness and rough emotions. Glad you are okay too! Peace and love.

From what I understand, cyclothymia (low-grade bi-polar) is often mistaken for major depression and is a large part of the reason bi-polar goes undiagnosed in so many people. Having had major depression since high school, and given what I know about bi-polar, I can't agree that they are similar. Manic depressives have prominent highs and lows but retain a sense of vitality during the highs. Major depressives often lack that same sense of vitality even when they are having good days.

Interesting. I was diagnosed with depression for a good while until I was finally diagnosed bipolar. 'Preciate your thoughts!

Always. My therapists like my insight so much they want me to help with small support groups at the clinic so...yeah... I'm finding a way to contribute on a meaningful level.

I also applaud you for being open about your illness. There are so many people who still live in the dark because they can't face the world as they are. People like us will help change the discussion greatly so they don't have to be so afraid.
