You can't look directly in your own eye without using a mirror.
You can't bite your own tooth with that tooth.
You can't taste your own tongue.

You can't touch the tip of your finger with the tip of that finger.
So it stands to reason that whatever it is that knows things...
This "knower" that looks out from your being and knows...
It can NEVER be an object of its own knowing.
And so it relies on everything else to tell it what it is.
Everything else—the very things that it takes to NOT be itself—tell it what it is.
Thus, just as there are no flowers without bees to pollinate them and no bees without flowers with pollen, there is no "you" without everything else.
You rely on It. And it relies on you. You and It arise mutually from nothing.
Without "you" everything else is mere quanta. Waves and waves of quanta.
Sound is waves propagating through the atmosphere of the planet. It doesn't exist in space where there is no air and no you or me with our eardrums and nervous systems.
Light is waves propagating through space-time. It makes images ONLY if there is an organism with a receptor to receive it; like the rods and cones at the back of our eyeballs.
Hardness is condensed waves of energy moving at such tremendous speed that it appears to us to be still. Not unlike a band saw, that when turned on rotates so fast that you cannot put your finger through it without losing it; still only moving at a fraction of the inconceivable speed at which every particle in the make-up of your being vibrates.
Everything waving until received by a receiver. And all these signals are coming at you without pause. The brain—without any help from the knower— pools these signals and turns it into an experience we call reality.
The knower you take yourself to be arises from that pool of waves.
You ARE that pool of waves.
That pool of waves now propagate themselves as electrical pulses through a neuronal network and turn themselves into you. Not unlike a fish that eats another fish who then automatically converts that fish into itself through digestion until an even bigger fish comes along and converts that fish into itself. So many fish. Only one being.
Even the brain that is turning the quanta automatically into reality is itself quanta inside of that reality.
YOU are the whole of this experience arising from itself we label reality, but you take one subjective side of the experience and call it “You”.
And if you didn't take this subjective perspective but instead truly identified with all of it then this ego, this you, would simply cease to manifest. Because as we've observed, you only know you by not being everything else.
So by deductive reasoning, it's so simple to see it…
You are not poor little you lost and afraid in a world you never made. No.
You are everything—the WHOLE SHEBANG as centered at the place you personally call "here and now."
