More amazing stuff! I'm not sure about the ballisters and stair handrail, but it's a minor thing. Awesome renders and the quality is top-notch.

Fantastic work mate,
Might I suggest you add a little photometric noise and depth of field to the image? only a TINY bit of DOF would do, but those two would really add to the realism in the image. You can do them in post work if you save the alpha channel from max.
Also, personally I would desaturate the images by about 5%-10%, but that's my own taste
