Description I looked at a branch of a cherry tree from my backyard to know how the leaves are structured within a branch. I tried applying my observations to my own tree (because naturalistic trees generally suck for RPG perspective :<)

The quickly-scribbled-on semitransparent shadow is there because the tree will need to be its own object instead of part of the tileset. I also can't avoid using shadows otherwise the tree looks pasted there by not interacting with its surroundings.

I wonder what this would look like with the two-leaf-layer sine-animation applied

Do you also immediately think of Starcraft or warcraft 2 when you view stuff like this? Nostalgia man, so much memories.

- Looks nice!, you've improved on trees. the shadow seems a bit odd though.
could of added shape to the shadow to be a little more realistic if that's what you were aiming for. -
