BTW: I'd like to apologies for my missing thanx for all you guys who have commented the former version of my bot. I'm on DSL but it's hell for me to surf DevArt atm. I don't know why, but it takes several minutes to load just one site. I'll thank all of you personal but it might take a while.

Awesome modeling, there is a lot of details to this, i would have loved it with no shadow but you added a shadow too. Great work.

Very very nice model. Must have taken a poopload of time to render in that quality as well. One crit, I don't like the shadow. I know you probably don't have much control over the shadow quality, but it seems too fake. It also appears to be the wrong shape (but I'm sure it's not). It's still very very nice. And I like the step, it breaks up the monotony.

Yes it is very good.
Everyone can see the FinalRender touch in the shadows and the colors contrast, very well mixed here.
Maybe the subject is not very original, and it remember the one by Pepe.
Anyway, I like your 'bot, it remember me when I was young and I was playing with magnetic games...

If Apple made and marketed a robot, this would be the ad (along with Apple Garamond). Not only does it look beautiful with its shiney plastic, he looks to be well engeneered too. This is a truely wonderful model.
The only thing I would change is the eyes. Everything is realistic except for the cartoony eyes.

This is just amazing work. The detail, realism and accuracy of the model is awesome, and I love the materials.
One suggestion I'd make though would be a two colour body. I'd have some parts grey/silver just to break up the orange a bit, but otherwise excellent.

Good Lord, how'd you do that? Phenomenal job, man. I can only dream to be that good. Self taught, eh? Wow. Even more impressive. You've got a head for this stuff.
Would you mind sending me a note telling me how you did that soft bevel on all the shapes? Like the C set inside the tops of each hand? I'm very curious. I'm new to 3ds and I'd love to be able to do that.
