Description
I had a "I could do better than that" moment upon seeing Leviathan's sprite in Rockman Xover (you can see it here if you really want to: [link] ) and then I had that rarer moment where I actually sat down and tried to make a better large Leviathan sprite.I'm really not very experienced with spriting though I've been interested in it for quite a while. I also only used the colours that were in the original sprite.
Programs used: MyPaint with Krita for scaling and cropping

It's a lovely sprite.
I have to admit, the shading differences between X-OVER and Leviathan made me cry. It's like a bad sprite comic.

It's a morbid curiosity that keeps me checking up on this game. Were it a sprite comic, it'd take a masterful storyline to be worth reading. Sadly, that's another area where Xover is lacking...

Indeed. The worst part is that they actually put to use Cossack and Kalinka, who are characters who were sorely lacking in attention in the classic series... and it's from a game that kind of... lacks that extra 'oomph' that typical Mega Man games have.
