Okay, okay, not a doodle, per se but still relatively quick compared to how long a picture like this usually takes me. I expect to do more at some point.So, I think I finally know what this guy looks like, unless Capcom changes his appearance again. His white irises aren't a bug, they're a feature!

maybe the budget for his game was really low, cuz I heard it was crap-ish graphic's, cuz its IOS.

The graphics are horrid but it being for iOS is no excuse. It was more that official art for OVER-1 was lacking in early days so it felt like his design changed whenever a better picture of him surfaced.

Can't say I do, either, though I haven't played it. OVER, himself, I like a fair bit. Or, rather, the potential I see in him. Xover had a great idea behind it but the execution left much to be desired.
