Wow. A really great shot. Some things I like: First of all, great color and lighting. The sky is like a "rusty blue," and complements well with the sandy colored rock wall and the old green color of the mini. The color and the simplicity of the photo exudes a mood. of rurality and serenity. I like the shadow of the car - it's subtle but definitely adds to the composition. The front wheel of the "karozza" also gives a dynamic effect to an otherwise static photo. I like the horizontality of the composition as wheel; despite the vertical orientation, the brick wall creates a kind of "internal cropping" between the distant sky and the foreground; the sidewalk repeats this, setting apart the wall and the immediate car. This is a good shot. My only negative criticism would be about the blurring you did. I like the cloud's blurriness (intentional?) - it creates an almost surrealistic feel - but the blurrying of the wall and the roof of the car makes the photo less crisp. Perhaps you can try do touchup the texture more carefully or use other means? Definitely deserving a .

thankyou for this constructive comment! really appreciated.
yes i spent a while deciding the best options for this one, the clouds and the wall edge were very hard, and really distracted from the car, so i over compensated, and liked the result - yes, i see the surrealistic thing too - but i like it for some reason, so decided to go with it on this occasion.
cheers!

I love the simplicity of this, the composition works brilliantly, and it's all very spacious, a contradiction considering the size of the car.
The monochromatic looks cool aswell, adding to the simplicity, and making it oh-so nostalgic.
Well Done.
