My another colouring tools... but seldom using it.Some of my friends asking me, "Is colour just a physiological phenomenon?" "Does it have an effect on feelings?"
I think colours tell the mood. I read an article from a newspaper before, brief description of the different colours and their energies the meaning of different colours, the connection of colour to our mind set, energy level, and sense of well-being.
Well I don't know much about that theory. cos I just used those colours for my piece and also wanna make my life colourful and meaningful.

i think that colors are really important. as you said, they show our mood and things. b/w pictures are (mostly) more lifeless.

Hey my "art and well-being" class studied that theory last term. Yes they do have effects, have you ever heard of being showered by colors? Apparently being showered in different types of colors have different effects on you... strange O_o lol. Anyway this is wonderful I love the lighting and vibrant lighting great work pixiegal
BTW I like a lot of colors, Blue is number one then orange red and green

I love color... as you can see in any of my wallpapers... colors are always a must... I mean... without color... we would only have graytones... I love Blue (something between skybue and royalblue) but Im always been atracted to Reds and Greens... anyway... magnifest picture... you never seize to impress me.

I can't figure out what it is I like about this, but there's an ineffable quality that I'll just have accept. I'm generally not big on colour; I prefer my photographs in black and white. However, you've done a great job with the colours here, and you picked a nice background to set it against.
I guess I discovered what I liked afterall. I think having a favourite colour is too limiting, especially when selecting clothing. I wouldn't want to wear red on a day I'm feeling introverted, nor would I don a particular garment because I liked the colour.
Sorry about the tangent. I also like how the piece is set up; it's interesting.
