My another colouring tools... but seldom using it.Some of my friends asking me, "Is colour just a physiological phenomenon?" "Does it have an effect on feelings?"
I think colours tell the mood. I read an article from a newspaper before, brief description of the different colours and their energies the meaning of different colours, the connection of colour to our mind set, energy level, and sense of well-being.
Well I don't know much about that theory. cos I just used those colours for my piece and also wanna make my life colourful and meaningful.

Now here is a classy peice of art, it reminds me of my pastels that are decaying in the cupboard. *sigh* I think color is very important when it comes to mood and feel. Darker fading colors are more gloomy, sad or mysterious look, bright and stiff colors make for a hapier or magical look, sometimes plack and white are the only colors needed to create the feeling, the possibilities are endless when it comes to color. I truely love any color, it only depends on the way it is used.

i like the shot... the composition is simple and lovely and the lighting tosses off each colour nicely... the whole image has this ready-for-use sort of feeling, as if a burst of inspiration is just hovering nearby...

wow, this photo is crazy good. i love everything about it... the clarity, the focus, the colors (of course!). the pastels aren't all neat and organized, but they look well used and like you were in the middle of something. awesome!

My favourite colour has mostly been blue, though sometimes it leans towards a metalic blue, other times it changes in other ways.
I've given thought as to what colours mean, and have read things on what emotions colours are associated with, about what it means to like certain colours etc. So I try not to limit my views to only one colour, it might be giving myself an overdose of _colour mood_ or something

I have to agree, I use colors for the sake of using them. Maybe start with one that just strikes me, and then build around that based on "looking good."

I like the angle which the box is sitting at. A good appropriate depth of field and nice soft lighting which is directional enough to provide sufficient contrast. I like the unobstrusive background you have used too.

But I don't think I need a favourite color, everything in life requires it's very own color, it's impossible to say that one color is more beautiful than the next one. Green is nice though, really bright green
But then again, navy blue is nice too... To be honest, I think I love every single color there is.

My favourite colour depends on my mood, but it's generally blue as it's extremely soothing ;D Pale green comes a close second.

My one is also blue and my favorite art instrument is not my computer or even my camera, it's, for sure, my pastels. I love painting with pastels. I get very impressed how things get really realistic when you really knows how to paint with it.
