Thank you. I think what I like most of all about this piece is her expression. As you said...serenity...which can only be found in balance.

Yay! (is a Libra)

The clothing is gorgeous, as is her facial expression. The pose is so beautifully balanced, which is totally fitting, considering this Libra the Scales.

I tried to capture as much of the Libra personality as I could...at least Libra according to Linda Goodman. The balance (the pose), duality of the sign (elegant clothes yet fun pigtail hair), daydreaming (her expression) and then the fact that Libra is an air sign...the light colors and the clouds/mist/smoke at her feet.

Thank you! I had to photoshop her neck a bit because I somehow ended up with a nasty color difference between her neck and face. I thought I was going to have to re-render it, but I got lucky.

Thank you! That truly means a lot to me. I feel that I have a long, long way to go in my journey to become an artist, but it really makes me feel good that people appreciate my work and are enjoying the journey with me.
