In this first installment of Bionicle City, we venture out to the deep frozen wastes of the Arctic Ko-Wahi wastes. Many fascinating treasures lurk beneath the ice, waiting to be discovered!

This idea came about from a friend of mine buying some Scala and Belville coats off of bricklink, and that inspiring me to make Arctic Bionicle. The Bionicle City crossover was an idea I had years ago, I tried to execute on it, but didn't succeed. Now as a more experienced builder, I think I can get the original idea done!
