Whoa, absolutely incredible. Your choice of color palette does really well to emphasize the terror and drama being depicted here. I love the technique used with the reds, and how the lightning ties in with the Siren's gem, as if the storm and this leviathan of the deep are one. The red and violets really tie the entire composition together, which is also really well done. I wonder who this Siren is! With all that purple, I'm gonna take a wild guess and say it's Aria As a matter of fact, this Siren's design is very similar to my personal depiction of Aria, shown here

We always needed more art like this. Thank you for this work. The lighting is glorious. I actually like both versions in different ways, but no denying that this is the superior one in technique and execution. Love it.

That's a hell of an update lol.
Mind also leaving up the old one? The fact that it was less detailed was much better at cementing the myth-like aspect of it imo.
