FOR BEST RESULTS, DOWNLOAD, AND OPEN IT IN YOUR ART SOFTWARE'S REFRENCE WINDOW (If it has one, otherwise, a separate project window also works well)
This is just a .PNG file, as I do not use photoshop.

I went ahead and pulled all the colors listed in alphabetical order from Wikipedia... All of them... Not just the page featuring "Shades of Colors," I went to the 3 pages that listed colors A-F, G-M, and N-Z, so that you dont have to go to wikipedia, look up the color or page and get the HSV or RGB values... just open it up in the refrence or a seperate project window and use the color picker (that method works fine for me)
