A... ghost thing... he and his race have mysterious origins and are either referred to as Tamashitazura(Soul Pranks) or Luftgeists(Air Spirits). Torikkujoki is a prankster and (un)official king of not just his race, but also a notable number of yokai. He's very blunt and will take any opportunity to get a quick laugh, whether be it pranking people or just simply laughing at their misfortune. He's has many run ins with the Prismas to the point of being considered the miniboss of the Mind attribute. There are VERY few people who legitimately scare him, but he has the gall to try to troll even the strongest of demons. He claims to have been powerful centuries ago, maybe in the country of Youkeshima, Mynkravd's equivalent of Japan.
