A new Tutorial
I wanted to create a tag for the TWResource Pack, but I also decided to make a new Tutorial (also for the pack btw).
I finished the tag about 30-40 minutes ago :3
So its fresh ^^
Also:
THe PSD for this tag, and 2 other Tags are going to be in the TW Resource Pack!
