very nice render - placing this pavilion in front of a rock was a great idea! lighting is excellent ^^
somehow he looks like he's waiting for or seeing some apparition from the heavens - his dress code for the occasion is.. hrm.. well. lol.. let's say peculiar, but interesting, i like the way he thinks

Thanks, it's my error that the water in this secluded shoreline isn't very visible. Shallow water edges sometimes come across as shadows. When one has an epiphany I suppose it can feel like it comes from a greater source. Perhaps he is aware of his existence being as fleeting as a sunset a glorious moment then gone. Thanks again.

About 4 hours on this one, but I'm using many different lighting types and sources including HDRI, spots, sun, iray and emission on tilted planes. I use more variety in fog when used and materials too. Then the whole combination is rendered in iray. Thanks for the faves and comment.
