Both this one and the purple one were built as backgrounds for more unreal scenes, so you were right. For super realistic work the following would be a better example of that:

As a little boy I would wander on our property alone entranced by the streams, lush vegetation, water polished rock, arriving and fading sounds of birds, water and the plop of frog escaping my intrusion.
