With similar abilities to a hovercraft except much more heavily armored to function as a Armored Personnel Carrier upon home grounds as defensive measures. The only offensive actions it may be used for is beach landings in very cold conditions where its abilities may outmatch a track or wheel driven vehicle (all of which delivered to scene by appropriate naval vessel. Screw drive has existed in past experimental craft, the concept being useful for snow and sand, sadly they could handle little upon uneven grounds.
