I made a simplified pattern for yer generic theropods yesterday. I didn't get to test it yet (should be okay, it's semi based on my Gairyuki) since my printer ran out of ink, so the referenced "tutorial" does not exist yet. You're in luck if you can figure it out, though. ^_^; Seam allowance is ~1/4"? Half centimeter? I don't recommend felt, it makes the seams look weird. Use broadcloth for practice.Related content

I found Fleece is a good 'beginer' fabric.
It's reltitvely easy to sew, and looks and feels soft. ^^

orz. I totally forgot about this pattern. I've been meaning to get around to making a revamped version since I got better at making patterns. If you want I can make a new version in about a week or so with a tutorial.

have a question is the diamond thing in middle of the page the claws?

The diamond shape is the foot pad. The top half of the diamond is for the upper part of the foot and the bottom half is for the lower part. I hope this helps. I'm not really good at explaining stuff clearly
