Description
Decide to release this page a little early. So continues the party with the first of the sparring matches the kids are having, Tyler himself stepping up to take part in it. This is the first time we've ever seen Tyler fight and though he has some abilities, he lacks experience and against Aqualus, he gets decimated. Tyler will be spending most of the party doing this, practicing with these guys and trying to get better. As for Aqualus himself, he will be helping Tyler out like he says here but there is one other thing we will focus on with him. That will be shown soon enough. Early page is good page. I have not this much to say this time. Was it fun drawing fighting scenes again? It's been a while.
Of course they were gonna do fighting training, I could have really figure that out earlier... oh well. I gotta say you really made Tyler look good here for his first time. That Vaporeon Tail seems very annoying to deal with in close combat especially since Aqualus tends to change position so often and changes position so much! Wonder how Tyler is gonna use his new learnedskills later, since I doubt he will learn quick enough to hold his own for long to any of Crystals Team. Well, maybe some Rocket Henchmon in emergency. Maybe they come in hand another way, and fighting expirience is always something good to have in times like that.
Mmm first he learns Shadow Ball, then he wans to learn how to fight.... wonder how that plays into the Nightmare fighting sequences.

Yeah fights are always enjoy able to work on, even if they are also usually the hardest to do. A full fight will be coming up in Solarshadow soon though C=
Tyler has some natural skills but he is mostly held back due to young age and inexperienced.
Yeah Aqualus has developed a very acrobatic fighting technique, the tail being a considerable weapon when utilizing it.
No Tyler couldn't take on Crystalis, Aqualus could barely hold his own and even after the lessons, Aqualus is still going to be much better than Tyler is but Tyler will be better armed for the future none the less.
He learned how to track from Aura too. We shall see what he does with it.

For no moves aqualis is awesome but I kind of wonder. His name is great for a water type but was he named that as an Eevee? That would mean his parents knew he would be a water type or just luck when you can evolve into 7different forms?

Aqualus is the best fighter among the younger characters.
Not likely, though it could have been if he anticipated becoming a Vaporeon like Harvest anticipates becoming a Leafeon. In this series, when they evolve they usually take on new identities with the new form as well. Blaze was named Martha when she was an Eevee, Shadow was Zack, etc. Sometimes they anticipate the evolution and take on their new names early, like Solar has always been called Solar and Harvest calls himself that because he wants to be a Leafeon. Tyler and Ian will probably change their names when they evolve too.
