And with that this sequence ends and the "Shining Consequence" has finally come to pass, ending with Tyler running away. So that was the sequence, like said, I consider this to be one of if not the most significant event in the run of my comics as it will have a massive impact on the characters and future events of both Shining Consequence and Solarshadow. I hope these pages lived up to the expectation I had for them, I can say I am very happy how they came together. Not a whole lot else to say really, I think everything that needs to be said has been. Solarshadow will continue for the next couple weeks before we get back to this story.

You know what entered my mind some days ago, and I wanted to comment it sinc eand now I finally find the Motivation. I don't know i I got this mosly, but assuming Tyler would now leave for himself and eventually find new pokemons to befriend, wouldn't it all start over again. The dearer they grow to him, the more he will be afraid to loose them, making it esentially impossible for him to hold close Bounds. Is this a thign of the Story you wanted to tell and I am the first realising that? I mean I see that a s a Logical (shining

Well I don't want to give spoilers out but Tyler does feel he endangered Aqualus too, including him when asking why other people had to pay for him being shiny. So yeah, he'd feel that way. You are the first to mention that, yeah.

So Tyler is gone and my heart is in pieces! If you intented to do this, you have succeded! :C
Harvests face in the first panel is very touching already and makes me wanna hug him. Well how should he look since he is about to loose his brother. It shows how worried he is there of what could happen to his brother.
The body language in this page is very impactful again. Love the panel where get to see their backs again. It adds some variety to the situation and iis a great setting for Tyler running away in the next panels. The panel where Tyler reaches out for him is my favourite about this page. It's so sad, but still so nice at the same time. The final panel is my second favourite and really sucessful too. It catched me off guard the first time I saw it and I think it really blows off the whole situation in a great way. This red "mom" with Harvests face really gives one last great chill. Not to forget the sadness it brings with it.
Oh my, I am so sorry for all of them, but most of all for Blaze, since I really got to like her as the caring mother. I can't imagine what sadness will I see in her when she will appear again. Man, that poor mother. She just went from being badly wounded to half- way ok and now this. Hope she won't turn nuts because of this. I am also very interested in Solars reaction and how he will handle Blaze. I think his family qualities are very needed now.
I am generally very interested in what "massive impact on the characters" means.
Wow, when you said "it will be an emotional rollercoaster" you were absolutely knowing what you were saying.
With that, I end my commenting about this mayor part of "Shining Consequences" and the big emotional line going with it.
I tried my best to go in detail and give something back for this wonderful pages you gave us there. Since it was a special I wanted to give something "special" back as well. Hope I succeded.

Thank you! Body language was a big deal for these pages, so glad that was successful. As far as the last panel goes, Tyler is intended to be faster than Harvest and he also mastered Quick attack as well, whereas Harvest hasn’t, so Harvest never stood a chance trying to run after him. So, he gives it up and goes to get Blaze instead.
I talked a little about Blaze being kept alive and not killed off and the reason for that was basically that I felt the story was more interesting keeping her alive than killing her off. This is a major reason for that. The Black and White Panel from earlier basically sums that up with, “If You leave it will break her hear.” And “If I stay she’ll die.” If she was killed off, you wouldn’t really have that element which I think adds a lot more to this, with him running away believing it is the right thing to do but knowing it will break her heart in the process. Adds a tragic element I think. Solar’s reaction will be shown very soon.
Well I don’t say too much about that but all I’ll say is Solarshadow will have two of its biggest sequence coming up and this will indirectly ‘cause both. If done correctly, those should be the most uncomfortable and heartfelt scenes respectively.

Just wondering... Tyler seems to want to be with his family with little to no risk of danger to them, so its either him training to be powerful enough so that he doesnt need anyone to defend himself, or he gets captured. lets see how this event will affect the series.

Tyler wants to be with them yes but he's wrapped with guilt because he blames himself for what had happened with Crystalis and in addition he feels like he's a burden on them basically.
