Charlie had been listening to Believe in Yourself from his band The sons of Admirals. The young man would listen to the song when he felt down and useless. The song had been on replay for a while.  That day Tom had left for Canada. The blunette had passed by Charlie's flat to say goodbye. Charlie had barely made it. The second Tom had closed the door the young man had run to his bed and started crying. He couldn't see himself live without his friend. He knew it was only for two weeks but it was too much.  Tom would maybe find new friends and decide to stay there. Who was he kidding; it was sure Tom would have new friends! The blunette was awesome!  After crying for a couple of hours Charlie got up and want to his computer. Tom had promised he would send an email as soon as he got out of the plan. Charlie knew he wouldn't receive it for another five hours but he didn't care. The red head slowly fell asleep. When he woke up he automatically checked his mail. But it showed no new messages. It was eleven pm so Tom should have landed four hours before. Charlie got worried; it wasn't like his friend to forget. If he had promised he would have done it exactly like he said. Charlie walked to the kitchen and reached out to grab a cup when he heard M.Shinny's speaker's announce that Charlieissocoollike had received an email. Charlie dropped the cup on the counter not carrying much if it broke or not and ran to his room. The red head opened the email. It wasn't from Tom but it was entitled:
"Where's Tom!"
"Hello my name is Lauriane! I'm in charge of Tom while he's in Canada. I'm contacting you because you're his emergency contact. He never got out of the plane. I've called his phone but he won't answer it! Do you know where he is? I'm very worried and would like to know what is happening! You can email me back if you like or call me! Xox Lauriane"
What? Charlie's world was crashing down. Tom wasn't on the plane?! Where could he be? Why doesn't he answer his phone? The boy decided to call his friend. Hands shaking he dialled the number. He wanted to hear Tom's voice. After two rings someone answered but hung up right after. What was happening?! What game was Tom playing? Charlie then called Ed. He was Tom's flat mate he surly knew where he was.

- Ed do you know where Tom is?! Lauriane emailed me to say he had never got off the plane! Do you ...
- Charlie!  What do you mean Lauriane?
- She's the girl that's in charge of Tom over there! I'm his emergency contact! Ed you have to help!
- You mean I'm not his contact?! I'm his flatmate but you still pass over me!
The red head heard the phone call end! He was choked. Ed had completely missed the part of his flatmate disappearing.  What was he going to do? His friend was missing and Ed wouldn't help! Charlie though of calling Alex but remembered his flatmate had decided to leave his phone so his weekend with his currant girlfriend would be better.
