"Charles, it's because you're crazy … but you know all the best people are!" Alex smiled sweetly "But Charlie we have to talk about something … I wasn't supposed to tell you this before the day came but I'm … I'm leaving England. I'm leaving for five years."
Charlie couldn't move. His whole body was paralysed. What did Alex mean?! Why was he leaving? Why was he leaving all his life? No Alex every morning to look at him with his beautiful hazel eyes … no sweet smile for the man he loved so deeply? Charlie eyes filled up with tears which kept coming down. He had turned from his boyfriend's side. Alex hadn't moved. The brunette never tried to hold Charlie close and tell him everything was always, for he knew it wouldn't help.
"Why?" Charlie asked weakly. Charlie couldn't face his lover; his tears had never stopped flowing down his face. "Why are you leaving me? Why are you leaving your life?"
"Charlie … I'm leaving because I need to figure out what I'm going to do … Yes for now I'm happy just doing Youtube videos but what am I really going to do of my life?! What if later I want a family, a steady job a nice home? Let's face it Charlie we're not going to last … I'm going to go back to a girl and I'll have children. By that time I won't be able to just make Youtube videos like the Green's, I'll have to find a job… I need time to figure out what I'm going to do."
Charlie's feelings melted to anger. "What do you mean we won't last? You just said I was right! Why did you even kiss me if you didn't really want me? Alex …" More tears crawled down his face. Alex got up and walked right throw Charlie's bedroom door and out of the man's life.
