She thinks they can go home and wash their hands of the whole sordid affair, but Ruby wants her to come with her to Haven to track down Cinder and her minions. What Chances could Yang ever have, to catch Ruby? She has about absolutely no Chance to catch her.

You dont have to proof that you can win in a fight
You dont have to proof that that you wouldnt lose or can win,
'Just proof' that your "Enemies" Aggression is powerless against You.

said these things one similar way or the other. I could for Example easily
imagining a Martial Artist to say this. Be it a Master or a Pupil of a Master.
Just show your Opponent that his Aggression is meaningless 'cause you are to strong
or skilled or both. And by not attacking back you show that Opponent at the very same
Time that you dont share his Intention of inflicting harm.
Most aggressive People will never just appreciate this and leave in a friendly Way,
but this Way you can still make sure no Side gets harmed.
And well,
if your "Opponent" is a pathetic Person that will pull out a Knife or other Weapon,
just use Plan B.) and run away with all your Might

The problem with that is Ruby NEVER backs down, even when she should. So she'd fight Yang to get her to join her quest, so they can be together again. And she'd most likely win because Yang is handicapped and not thinking rationally, so she'll be with her sister again. Sorry, but Ruby doesn't share your views on fighting, it's not in her character.

Hrm, pretty gutsy of Yang to go searching for Ruby, even though she's clearly not at full strength and not thinking clearly either, her heart is still wounded after what happened in the Battle of Beacon. I understand she wants Ruby to come home for her and Taiyang's sakes, but I wonder just what will come of this fight. Not that I'm expecting this to actually happen to Volume 4, more it'll be interesting to see where the comic goes from here.

Hmm, you make a good point. But I have a feeling that the writers don't want to leave yang just sitting around for the entirely series at least and it would be much more interesting to see her up on her feet. Regardless, the only reason I see her getting up is for those she still loves and cares bout like Ruby. And yeah lol working on more hype before vol 4 starts XD but I've been so busy

Yeah, I don't think she meant to blow Ruby off like that, and later came to regret it; she was just still sore over Blake leaving her without a word, just like her mother, something she's never told Ruby because her pursuit of Raven nearly got Ruby killed, so she vowed to never involve anyone else in her search.
Though yeah, I don't see her sitting around the house the whole volume either, though who knows what it'll take to get her moving forward again. Though maybe we'll get a sneak peek on Monday, when the complete trailer comes out ie her section will be as long as Ruby's in the RTX trailer. Good stuff, yes? Anyway, looking forward to your next work.
