UPDATE:After looking into it I decided NOT to change the battery meter. Rather I created a media player skin for TECH-A. You can get it here . I tested it with WINAMP , but it should work with almost any media player. More information on the Media Player page.
Also, you will need to add #BatColor1# and #BatColor2# variables to the Variables.inc file inside TECH-A/SETTINGS.

This is a battery meter I made for burnwell88's TECH-A. Loved the skin, but have a laptop so I wanted a meter. The percentage and time remaining pop up on mouse-over.
I included an image of my wallpaper so you could see where I designed it to go.
Each tick is 10%. You will notice that some are lighter, that is actually a 5% tick.

Just realized that there might be an issue with the placing of the bottom half of the battery meter. If you have the Xion player added to the skin the readout might get overlapped by the battery meter. I will work on this and get an update up.
