My photoshop's being weird, so I can't color this yet. I don't care for the girl's face much, but the message is sort of clear, I guess. Anyway, it's for a shirt.Last time I used this style, it was to make fun of the drummer from Green Day.

Haha, this is great. The only thing I could say is, that the girls hair should flow to the absolute down, and not down relative to her body. That is, her hair is sort of defying gravity.
