Yeah... she made a good video. I hoped she would credit... she didn´t ... It´s hard to get credits in those videos... you never know where your work might be. I don´t mind... but I try to give credits. It´s only fair for the artists. I can´t even enjoy those videos knowing people don´t give credits. Oh well... that is why I work so hard on permissions... but sometimes I also miss asking, not on purpose... but I am not perfect!

*nod* I agree totally. Without crediting its almost as if someone is just stealing your work. Good thing you commented on it though, so people acutally know you did it. Good on you, because when I saw your comment I immediately went to the number your pic was at. It was very well done, by the way.

I love fan art. I respect it too... I think that every drawing is a piece of art.... I treat each one with all the respect it deserves.
These videos are lovely... actually about a year ago I saw a couple and came here to look for every artist. I thought, why not credit this amazing persons? Why not take a bit of my free time and do this...?
I felt it needed to be done. Not many had any idea of who they were, where to find them... except in galleries like this one...
It took me months to find most, and I could not find all... But on the other hand I´ve been lucky enough to get to know a lot of amazing artists as persons and luckily even good friends.
I cannot say in words how amazed I am at the talent of people like yourself... who besides drawing amanzingly could guess JKR´s story! And the love I´ve found for characters like Snape is incredible!
I am not against these videos. Actually they are lovely. It´s just sad that these people who edit them don´t take time to credit, less ask for permission or at least let you know about the video.

I agree, fan art is something for people to express themselves, their views, opinions. When I see people shooting someone's work down, it really gets to me, because I feel as if they are talking to every single person on here who does fanart.
^^ Thats exactly what I did! But I couldn't find many artists...and the girl sent me was false. It was nauseating because the art in that video was amazing, and I'm glad I could find you on Devart to appreciate your things.
Why thank you. ^^ But I'm still gawking over the artists like you. Its one thing to guess the story and its also something to put that story onto paper or screen, a scene someone can imagine so vivdly in their head, it astounds me! And the characters are to die for...they feel so real to you that when somethign happens it really takes a blow to you as well.
*nod* It is very sad. Almost makes the video less enjoyable knowing they used your work and you got nothing in return....
