I swear reference sheets are the hardest things to get through. And finally his is done! I'm not 100% happy but it turned out alright.

Brief personality:
Beautifully dorky!
He has a beautiful nerdy laugh! Niri often lets out sharp snorts when he is laughing deeply; if you are in the close vicinity of him while he laughs it’s nearly impossible not to smile and laugh yourself. He also can be quite clumsy.

Slight abandonment issues.
It takes him a while but when he is emotionally attached to someone he likes to make sure he stays current! If he is left alone or contact is slightly dropped he will probably cry and think of the worst reasons why!

Aromatherapy.
Niri loves and practices Aromatherapy. I'm sure if one was to meet him he would smell of a range of soothing essential oils.

Effeminacy.
Niri is inherently acts in a very feminine manner. From being very animated with his hand gestures to the way he holds himself.

Regardless of having an unusual family dynamic from a young age and not being exposed to healthy relationships, Niri has fabricated what he imagines a wholesome relationship would look like and is determined to right the wrongs of his experiences.

Thinks as deep as a puddle.
From being a bit aloof he has a rather optimistic outlook on life by default, but this in turn makes him struggle with being observant of others feelings. He can easily come off as a bit insensitive and self orientated, but he means well.

Dense as a brick.
Most jokes go over his head and it will leave him throughly perplexed. He also has terrible spacial awareness, nine times out of ten he would be that one person standing in the middle of a walkway. He is accident prone, leaving the stove’s burners on or putting a chicken in the oven and completely forgetting about it as he proceeds to go shopping. He is a walking hazard waiting to happen.

When all dressed up, Niri loves to feel like the sexiest person in the room and often flaunts his looks to make sure he is. He loves attention and but mostly he just seeks out reassurance.

So shiny!
His species often relate physical beauty to how much bling and pretty shiny things are on someone's body rather than looks, so it is extremely rare to see any one of his kind without something extravagant on them; Niri is no exception. He loves his jewellery and holographic stuff! Will go wide eyes crazy to get his hands on it! Gimme gimme!

Conservative!
He is extremely insecure about being seen stripped bare and it would take a significant amount of relationship building and trust for that to happen. Don't get me wrong, he rocks skimpy outfits, but in general he is insecure of his body.

Has daddy and x5 mummy issues.
Starting off in a wealthy position Niri was born into a wonderful polyamorous family! He had five mothers and one father. His father was in a high ranked position, allowing him to take more than one wife.
However one day due to a significant incident, his father was stripped of his rank and power. From this, his father fell into a deep crippling depression, with his personality completely changing as he developed into an alcoholic; causing all of his wives to leave except one who brought up Niri for the remainder of his youth. Niri sees her as his most influential role model. Their family ended up in borderline slum, just making ends meet from what the mother could provide.
Niri suffers from emotional neglect because of his environment as a child.
His childhood was not the best, but in Niri’s eyes it was not the worst, he has some fond memories.

Loves his brother more than life itself!
Because his father had five wives before most of them left, there is a high probability that Niri has a few siblings! Niri knows one of them at least for sure, his brother Thide. They met in their teens. At first were weary of one another, but as time progressed, they became inseparable! They share the strongest connection together than they do with anyone else in their present lives and can be quite territorial over one another. They have a very 'unique' relationship!

Just dance extraordinaire, but with added sensuality!
Niri may not be all that talented in the thinking and analysis department, but one thing he is talented at, for sure, is dancing; and the various forms it takes... He does it all… no seriously, he has no shame.

Niri does not drive himself through life with a world changing ambition, he just bumbles through life taking notice of his own wellbeing and daily domestic achievements. The one and only significant aspiration he wants to fulfil is his wedding day; it is the main thing he fantasises about and is basically what motivates him to keep on living. He has a secret, hidden, dream wedding diary full of magazine cut outs, articles, and wedding catalogues; although he will deny it, and take the secret of its existence to the grave.

Here come the waterworks, get the tissues!
He is easy to cry over everything and anything. It’s how he deals with his emotions.
