Even though I was never a fan of- hated- Tavros, I didn't like the way Vriska killed him.
It was pretty under- handed. But I still love her -hug-
If only because she was killed in a pretty damn cheap way as well.

I think I missed the part where Tavros was "murdered". Unless I'm forgetting something, Tavros is guilty of attempted murder, and Vriska is guilty of fatal retaliatory strike. Perhaps not necessary and definitely driven by emotions, but considering adrenaline and flight-or-flight instincts that are so erratic in a thirteen year olds, it is not unexpected nor crime worthy. I'm not even mentioning the severe trauma in Vriska's psyche toward Tavros when she refused to steal Tavros' will no matter how much pain she was in, even as she was screaming "AAAAAAAAAAAAA" for hours(until it covered the entire quest hive) while still having endless faith in Tavros that he would end her life soon, but instead he left her dying body to fall asleep.
Tavros' attempted murder would of been justified had it served a useful purpose to his party, an action of 'standing up to her' that was justified to help others. Instead, he didn't wait, didn't tell anyone, and just labeled Vriska a 'bad guy' because of her smug temporal inevitability justifications, and a grudge he should of been ashamed of keeping after abandoning her during her dying breaths. He then proceeded to try and kill Vriska, despite the fact it was common knowledge to your group that Vriska was planning on defeating Jack, and Vriska(at the time) was the only one who could at least fight Jack(as proven by God tier Aradia). Vriska's death served absolutely no purpose at that point.

That's sweet Tavros, and don't think for a second I don't like you, your actually one of my favorite trolls. Overcoming fear with confidence is a noble pursuit. But confidence without intelligence or asking your many friends advice is just careless and a little bit douchey. That's what got Jade's guardian killed remember? You could have easily asked Karkat or Terezi who had already learned enough about earth culture to know if it was a trespasser or not....I hate to say this Tavros, but Vriska is more affected by her killing you then you are in killing poor Jade's grandfather, even after you learned who he was. :\ See what I mean about confidence leading to doucheyness? I know you didn't mean it Tavros, but learn to follow through with your head. Pupa pan didn't outfox the evil pirates by just believing in himself, he used his wits.

When does Homestruck get exciting? The begging is boring,and I can't seem to be able to get to the eciting parts.

The plot proper begins at the end of Act One, when the first meteor comes. It's interesting enough after that, but really picks up around [S]Jack:Ascend, and it gets really, really good when we first actually see the Trolls in their universe.

...Probably not the best idea. There's a LOT of stuff that you miss just by skipping to Act 5. I'm not talking Babylon 5, you-can-read-the-Cliffs-notes-of-the-first-season-because-it's-not-nearly-as-good-as-seasons-2-through-4. The mechanics of the world, the interaction and relationships between the characters, and the very nature of the task that they face and the villain they must defeat are all explained in Acts 1-4, and Act 5 rightfully assumes that you read all of that and understood it. It's very, very difficult, nigh impossible to summarize in such a way as to make it all make sense. I suppose you could read through the recaps at the end of each act, but I hope you like interminable walls of text, because each of the recaps is several pages long. Go back and actually read through Acts 1-4. Act 1 is a bit of a slog, but 2-4 are interesting and entertaining enough in their own right.

Don't give up hope yet! There has been NO conclusive evidence saying that Tavros dream-self died on Prospit! As they say, sometimes the information an author does NOT show is as important as what IS shown. Tavros was asleep when Prospit was obliterated, however, when he was talking to Karkat about it, he didn't know ANYTHING about Jack having done it!! It bares to stand reason that he went somewhere else while his dreamself; Vriska DID say Tavros had been asleep the majority of Hivebent! So.... there's still hope. ;___; I'm sure Tavros was somewhere safe when Prospit was destroyed... and he'll just... wake up...
