"WhyCantYouLetMeWin" on Tumblr posted one single submission, but I just noticed as I was posting this that the tumblr seems to be gone.Anyway, this is the story.
poor, poor, sick Wally.
I found this really upsetting- I love little Wally. I was seriously tearing up toward the end.

Have you ever trained an animal before? It's hours of hard work. And if the animal doesn't want to be trained it can get violent. And then there's the fact that these trainers hike up mountains and sim across oceans and trudge through rain and snow and mud. They sweat and bleed and work and walk and spend years working with their Pokemon. Imagine walking up those mountains and across those plains like you do in game! It would be exhausting.

I never thought of it like that.
For all I knew about pokemon back then, (which I remind myself right now) I thought of it as an entertaining cartoon about open adventurers, free to do anything of their choice after reaching a certain age, doing nothing else but playfully training a species of living beings that have an insight to their owners.
In this situation, it looks like the pokemon likes the trainer, with a passion to use it's powers to protect the trainer, but then again, this post is based on a morbid creppy-pasta passage made by an anonymous user.
Anyway, great work, I love it.

frick. This is.. pretty much the only creepypasta I've ever cried at. ever. I wasn't creeped out by Lost Silver, I shrugged my shoulders at Black, Snow on Mt. Silver was good (death by frostbite, that's a fun new one) but wasn't really creepy.. but this. Damn.
Poor little guy. I'll have to go back and let him beat me in one of my RSE games at some point, I just.. don't want to have to fight him anymore guhh ;_;

I just read the story, and immediately searched for it here. I absolutely love the picture. And the story totally made me see Wally in a different light. When I was younger (back when RSE came out), I used to think he was totally weak and it bothered me. I never let him win, and the one time I lost, I was so ashamed I reset the game. I have respect for him now.

Dude the Pokemon universe is so fucked up, I love it.
Think about this.
Everything is actually on a time line. If you look at it the timelines do add up.
But in FireRed he wasn't there. Why is this? Well let's look.
When it comes to HG/SS they wanted it to be a tribute to the fans. Everyone is now 10 years older in Kanto, except one kid constantly sitting there waiting for someone worthy. Red is the exact same age he was and everyone else--including Blue/Green--is older by 10 years.
I don't think he ever left Mt. Silver.
Why did he become immortal? What happened to him?
And some of the villains. Wow.
Giovanni feels tiny and weak when not surrounded by minions, which is why he is how he is.
The guys from Sapphire and Ruby? They weren't evil. They weren't very thought out but they didn't mean harm. Either way you were helping out one and hurting the other.
Cyrus though? In fact all of Team Galactic? They were outcasts who wanted so badly to be in a world where they fit in.
And in the city with the last badge, you find out Cyrus was a kid who didn't fit in but he was a genius, Cynthia was there too.
Cynthia was miss perfect, I mean she's pretty and strong.
But what of poor Cyrus? He was bullied and never fit in to the point it drove him to want to recreate the world.
And N? He was mindfucked his entire life. Only to be told by his own father it was all a lie. And in truth he was never a bad guy.
And when you think about it we only helped a few of our rivals.
Wally was never a bad kid. We made him who he was but we never let him win. (Poor Wally) But it's not the main player's fault. I always felt it would be mean to not go full out on him. I mean, wouldn't that just be insulting his skill? It's a tough decision on what's right.
But we did help Blue/Green and Silver.
And Jun is fine.
But Red, dude why are you immortal? Why?
