Description

Finally finished the child of Vegeta and (fem) Dodoria. I will be doing other crack (pairing) babies too.

Name: Ava (pun on avocado)

VA: Natasha Lyonne (Smoky Quartz)

Parents: Vegeta and TFS Dodoria

Age: 23 (I also drew her 5 year old self)

Species: Saiyan/Whatever the hell Dodoria is

Personality: Snarky, easygoing

She looks kind of intimidating but is actually a very chill person.

History:

Born 9 months after Namek, she was given to Vegeta on Earth at the age of 5 because in Dodoria's species the males raise the young. Unfortunately, Vegeta mostly ignored her presence.

Most of her care was given by Mrs Briefs who she followed around at a short distance.

For the first few months she lived at the Briefs compound, she appeared grouchy and unapproachable. Bulma contacted Dodoria and asked about this behavior and learned that the young of their species acts that way as a defense mechanism.

After learning this, more effort was made to make Ava feel welcome and safe.

Mrs Briefs would teach her how to garden and Bulma would read to her and teach her basic things.

In time, Ava became more outgoing. She often acted as a peacekeeper at her kindergarten and helped the teacher maintain order.

Vegeta eventually decided to train her and started sparring with her for short periods of time. He also helped her strengthen her tail and control her oozaru form.

Dr. Briefs also noticed that she had an interest in his work and gave her a few tools and a broken radio to play with. To his surprise, she managed to get it in working order again so he made her a sort of apprentice.

At the age of 18, she became an employee of the Briefs Corporation as an electronics technician.

Relationships:

Dodoria- The two stay in touch but have very little in common. Dodoria is often perplexed by her bond with an Earth animal and seemingly never ending patience.

Vegeta- She spars with him on occasion and always refers to him as Vegeta rather than Dad. Although they rarely interact, they get along quite well. Even though he would never admit it, Vegeta is quite proud of her independence and accomplishments. She is one of the few people who can get him to calm down in a situation.

Bulma- They didn't interact much when Ava was young but after Trunks was born, Ava showed an interest in helping look after him and would often babysit him for short periods of time so Bulma could have a break. They eventually bonded over their love for Trunks and fixing things. They often go out for coffee together and discuss their work.

Dr. Briefs- Ava has the utmost respect for him since he tutored her and nurtured her love for electronics. She sometimes acts as his bodyguard. She likes to call him "Boss".

Mrs. Briefs- Ava enjoys helping her with gardening and cooking. She has affectionately dubbed Mrs. Briefs the "Domestic Goddess". She also acts as her bodyguard when she is running errands.

Trunks- Ava adores her little half brother and started training with him long before Vegeta did. She also insists on meeting any girlfriend to make sure they are a good match for him. Trunks is sometimes embarrassed by her concern for him but appreciates it just the same. He still thinks of her as his cool big sis.

Bura- Similar to relationship with Trunks but instead of sparring together they go clothes shopping. Even though they have different tastes in fashion, they still have a great time together. Bura often spends the night at her apartment and they have movie marathons.

Gohan- Ava had a crush on him when she was a child because he was the third person to really interact with her on Earth. As a teen, she shipped him with Videl.

Dende- He was nervous about interacting with her after finding out who her parents were but still tried to be cordial to her. She thinks of him as a precious cinnamon roll and comes to his defense whenever Vegeta tries to intimidate him.

Yajirobe- They love to try and out-snark each other whenever they interact.

Pet: Has a brown and white kitten named Spud. She found him on the side of the road during a coffee run one day and at first had thought he was a potato. He likes to ride on her shoulder and watch her as she works.

Favorite Colors: Black, Dark gray, Neon colors

Favorite Foods: Bagels (especially pumpkin, cheddar jalapeno, strawberry, and chocolate chip)

Likes: Fixing electronics, listening to music, tending to her spice garden, caring for Spud, making up nicknames for people, and designing tattoos.

Dislikes: She doesn't really have any except people taking the last of her favorite bagels without leaving an IOU.
