Description This is a Deinonychus-relative that is like the cheetah of it kind: thanks to it's large nostrils, large chest cavity for a large set of lungs, a mutation that made it loose it's first claw and second claw (like that of a ostrich, hence the name), rudder-like tail, a tibia (lower leg bone) that is longer than the femur (upper leg bone), and claws that gave it a edge on gaining speed.

But strangely, it's arms haven't been shorten. But to reduce drag, it's arms are remarkably flexible, being able to press it's arms against it's body enough to give it a more speedy edge.

Also, it (like Deinonychus) has a powerful bite force, like that of a alligator. But, it doesn't use it for breaking bones, like tyrannosaurs and it's cousin, the dromeosaurus. Instead, it uses it to get a firm grip of it's prey when it grabs it during running, just enough time to use it's forelimbs to help finish the job.
