Contrary to the popular belief changelings are *not* cute. They are, in fact, evil. Chaotic evil even. You wouldn't want to meet one. Unless you enjoy not having your soul.Now the question is - which pony's blood was used by Berzie. I bet it was Twist. No one liked her anyway.

Ehhh, I don't think changelings are, strictly speaking, chaotic evil. I mean, either changelings are so vanishingly rare that nopony had even heard of them until Chrysalis showed up, or most of them feed in such a low-profile manner that nobody realizes they're there. For the sake of species continuity, I tend to assume the latter. Chryssie would then be the exception that ruined it for everybuggy else.

I think it's contradictory that changelings can only survive by consuming "Love", but they're also so aggressive in MLP episodes.
Their violent behaviors and sharp teeth can cause Very bad traumas to ponies or other creatures. So it would make much more sense that they feed on "Flesh".But actually they don't. It's just my opinion. As for changelings appearance, I think that they are cute, but what they've done to ponies were so brutal. So changelings are both cute and evil in my defense.

Oh, I get the joke. It's just that I don't find a race or character being defined as being evil "just cause they're evil" as interesting as a character who does the worst things under the belief they are doing good. To me, the most interesting kind of villian is one who would call themselves a saint.
Though the comically villainous like your OC is being here are quite fun to watch. Reveling in their evilness, causing destruction for amusement, or just being so charismatic that you can't help but enjoy their sociopathy. These can be great villains.

Exactly! Knight Templars and Well intentioned Extremeists contain some of my favorite villains. Judge Frollo, Sofia Lamb, the Brotherhood of Steel (Fallout 4 ones. I opposed them) and Amon. My interest lies in their justifications.
With Chaotic evil, the only villains that really stay with me are The Joker and Bangladesh Dupree (from Girl Genius). They're so over the top and joyous in their actions that they just stick in my mind. And an entire race being chaotic evil has been shown to work with the Daleks. But while it's good for the faceless goons, it's very difficult for an indulividual character to be that way and still stay interesting.
