Contrary to the popular belief changelings are *not* cute. They are, in fact, evil. Chaotic evil even. You wouldn't want to meet one. Unless you enjoy not having your soul.Now the question is - which pony's blood was used by Berzie. I bet it was Twist. No one liked her anyway.

Do you really think you could freely "massacre" a swarm of incubi who can assault your mind, devour your hope and emotions making you fall over the edge of the Despair Event Horizon tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php… ? Have in mind most changelings travel in swarms. Even if you somehow manage to incapacitate one or two, you'd stand no chance against the rest of them.
Have in mind that according to comic canon, changelings could survive a One-Hit Kill attack, live inside a volcano and are nigh immortal given how long they've been around.
If it was that easy to "massacre" them, changelings would be gone long time ago or wouldn't be considered dangerous.

You can't really ferment pee. Or, at least, it won't ferment in the traditional sense. There's no sugar. Also, tumors shouldn't taste any different from the rest of whatever it came from.
