Because could you really resist giving a sleepy Twilight a scratch behind the ear? You know you want to read her a story and give her scritchy-scratches! Don't even try to deny it!

And with this last picture, I conclude series one of Pony Petting. But fear not, series two will follow shortly - after a little break to sort out commissions and maybe breathe some life into one of my other projects.
I hope you've enjoyed this little series and that its been worth the wait. I had a lot of fun drawing them (as well as a lot of frustration, stress, and bashing my head against walls... it's part of my creative process
) and I'm very proud of the final products. Probably some of my finest work so far

Are we really going down this road again after last time? You can't stake a claim on ideas I already planned to use, that's hardly fair. If that was the case, I'd probably have to give credit to several thousand people in every picture because they also had a similar idea. You see what I mean?
