Twilight Sparkle being her wonderful, adorkable self, and showing us you're never too old to appreciate the things you love... no matter how childish they may seem to others
After all the time I've been spending working on my Fallout Equestria project recently, I felt like drawing some good old fashioned cuteness to brighten my day. I only realised after the fact that I forgot to draw in her wings, so let's just say this is Twilight before her ascension to an Alicorn. I may come back and make a proper edit of this to show that she's still in touch with her old self even after becoming a Princess!
But for now, I hope you enjoy!

So Apple Bloom has the Smarty Pants doll under the bed from "Somepony to Watch Over Me", but (sighs) the MLP fans are correct. The doll is silly and childish, but Twilight just can't outgrow something she loves. She is so adorkable!Β Β
Moral: Even if you are not a filly or a colt anymore, you can still cuddle with a doll you love no matter how silly they are.

One of my friends wrote a spec script, where Pinkie Pie's mischief causes Twilight to accidentally cast a spell that brings the doll to life. Β She thinks that Twilight is her mommy and Big Mac is her daddy.Β Β

I'm the epitome of never too old. I'm 35 years old and I like MLP for crying out loud!
Of course since my late teenage years I've been a fan of Freakazoid, Two Stupid Dogs, Johnny Bravo, Fosters Home For Imaginary Friends, Dexter's Laboratory, Kim Possible, Danny Phantom, Fairly Odd Parents, Penguins Of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda Legends Of Awesomeness, Timon and Pumba (though I hated the Lion King), Spongebob Squarepants, Lilo & Stitch, The Emperor's New School, Tazmania, Rocko's Modern Life, Phineas And Ferb, Jake Long, and many other kid cartoons. Only difference is MLP is seen mainly as a girl's show. Even though it's very similar to many of the ones I've mentioned.

You're welcome. However, I forgot two cartoons that I rank high, Ed, Edd, and Eddie and Dave The Barbarian. I can't believe I forgot that last one because I loved it so much and I rank it along side MLP for sheer awesomeness. I'm still pissed that it was so short lived.Β
