Commissioned piece, from a story written by a good man who is no longer with us. In the scene, the rather large lady (Dale) is dancing with a human that she met earlier in the day. The rest of the bar patrons are protective of Dale, and don't want to see her feelings get hurt, so they are highly suspicious of this interloper.Acrylic on masonite

Strongly reminds me of a Moo Mesa fanfic when three human found their way on top of the Mesa, only to get stuck and are now living amongst the citizens of Cow-Town, and have the law-C.O.Ws as very good friends.
