Description
Materials Used:7/32" Copper Foil with Black Backing
60/40 Solder
Assorted Glass
Black Patina (chemical treatment for solder to give it an aged look)
I actually took the time to photo document my process from the little sketch in my moleskin all the way to the finished product. I plan to post that as a separate "tutorial" type deviation in the near future.
This is my third attempt at stained glass and I must say I'm already starting to feel a lot more comfortable with the whole process. I plan on doing quite a few anatomy themed pieces as this is a personal interest and what's the point if it's not fun eh?
This item is available for purchase at my Etsy Storefront if anyone is interested...

I don't think I ended up putting it back up but I have all of the images so I might try to get around to retyping it. I'd be happy to answer any questions though.

Well I am certainly flattered that you think so. I think I'm really going to enjoy seeing your progress with sculpture and CG coloration.
BTW do you have an Etsy yet?

It's a marketplace for people to sell artwork and crafts. You might be able to make yourself some cash with your candle holders on there.

How did you make this!? It's gorgeous! You talked about the process you did on your other ones but not this one, so I'm curious

Wow, this is really good! I love how each section has a different color and pattern to it. Really nifty, and a fun way to study anatomy. XD
