Saw a '20 unusual date ideas' list being reblogged around tumblr, and thought them very cute - shipper brain of course immediately had ideas for Sherlock and John doing most of them.This is the first I did - so they (obviously) won’t be posted in chronological order because I’m cool like that.
So here’s #02/20 : ‘Go to a major chain bookstore and leave notes for future readers in copies of your favourite books’ : >
I imagine John sitting with some copies of Harry Potter amongst others, and Sherlock would be pointing out mistakes in some medical books haha.

oh i used to leave doodles and notes in library books, and i found lot's of them in books i borrowed
it's also fun leaving notes, answers and hints in school books

Haha, I should warn you in case you have not already been notified of this though- there is the meanest cliffhanger at the end of episode 3, so if you get really frustrated over that sort of thing, I do suggest waiting with watching them until season 2 is out (/or at least the air date is closer by haha) - which should be in late December/January sometime
