I made this one for a friend and it actually turend out very well although there are minor details I need to edit but I don't have the time, maybe sometime later.
Photoshop CS ME | Around 6 hours in total through four days.

I take my time doing the lights, I use a base color then I vectorize some of the details and the last thing is concentrating on minor details using burn tool and dodge tool.
