EDIT (August 16, 2006): Image resized and removed the thick, dull looking, black frame so it's now a little bit more realistic.

I did this one for a comparison on another site, the main idea was to check the differences between members vectoring the exact same references and standing on those differences and see vectoring methods, not to check which one's better though. I'm quite happy with the results anyways.
Photoshop CS ME | Pen Tool + Magic Wand Tool | Around 4 hours in total over two days.

Hmm.. maybe because my avatar is in .png?
Because when I saved the image in .jpg the colors were somehow reduced.
Besides, I've forgotten the shadows! *goes to do the shadows*
